Bio

Herald Coaster, August 31, 1969: Funeral services for Frank J. Nawara, 70, of Rosenberg, were held at 3 p.m. Aug. 24 from the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Rosenberg, with Rev. Delvin Lee Muehlbrad officiating. Nawara, a Wharton County native, died at 8:30 p.m. Aug. 22 at Polly Ryon Memorial Hospital. He had lived in Fort Bend County since childhood. He was a farmer. Nawara is survived by his wife, Mrs. Tracy Nawara of Rosenberg; two sons, Leonard Nawara of Houston and Nelson Nawara of Rosenberg; one daughter, Mrs. Ann White of Rosenberg; four brothers, Louis Nawara, J.W. Nawara, and Gus Nawara, all of Needville, and Henry Nawara of Rosenberg; one sister, Mrs. Mattie Revia of Kingsville; and seven grandchildren. Nawara was buried in Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery in Rosenberg. Local arrangements were under the direction of Garmany and Co. Funeral Directors.
