Herald Coaster, February 28, 1991: Funeral services for Mattye Revia, 77, of Rosenberg, are scheduled 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, at Garmany & Carden Chapel in Rosenberg. Allen Hahn will officiate, with burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Mrs. Revia died Tuesday at Polly Ryon Memorial Hospital. She was born Sept. 14, 1913 in Needville, the daughter of John and Johanna Nawara. Survivors include her husband, George Revia of Rosenberg; a daughter, Loretta Massey of the Virgin Islands; three grandchildren, Kenneth Massey, Michael Massey, and Eric Massey. Memorials may be made to the Graeber Road Church of Christ in Rosenberg. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Wednesday at Garmany & Carden Funeral Home in Rosenberg. Services are under the direction of Garmany & Carden Funeral Directors in Rosenberg.
