BEZDEK. WILLIAM L; "MR. BILL" Died Tuesday, May 15, 1990, at 4:28 p.m. at Our Lady on the Lake RegionalMedical Center. He was 78, a native of West, Texas, and a resident of Baton Rouge. He was retired and self-employed. Visiting at Welsh Funeral Home, 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 8 to 10:45 a.m. Thursday. Rosary at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Thomas More Catholic Church at 11 a.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. Mark Alise. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survived by wife, Adele V. Bezdek; a daughter, Janet Walker, Houma; four sons, Bill Bezdek. Baton Rouge. Jim Bezdek, Sarasota, Fla., Marvin Bezdek, Baton Rouge, and Dennis Bezdek. Louisville, Ky; three sisters, Agnes Soukup, Sophie Snapka and Anna Mae Snapka; and 12 grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents. Pallbearers will be grandsons, William E. Bezdek Jr., Gregory Bezdek, John Bezdek, Jeffery Bezdek, James B. Bezdek, and Todd Bezdek. He was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Mother of Mercy Chapter, and K.J.T.
