Funeral Services Held Monday For Mrs. Anna Sulak Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Bezdek Sulak of West were held at Abbott Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Monday, Rev. W. Pechal officiated. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery at West. Rosary was recited at Aderhold-Moore Chapel in West at 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Mrs. Sulak died in a Waco hospital Friday, August 4. She was 80. Mrs. Sulak was born in Czechoslovakia. She had lived in the West area 60 years. She was a member of the KJZT Lodge for 44 years. She was a member of the St. Anne's Altar Society in West for 61 years. She was also a member of the Abbott Altar Society. She leaves 105 descendants. Surviving are five sons, Joe Sulak of West, Cyril Sulak of Arlington, Louis Sulak of Corpus Christi, Charles Sulak of Bellmead and Eugene Sulak of West; eight daughters, Mrs. C.M. Cepak of Waco, Mrs. Vince Gerik of Waco, Mrs. Leo Wrbas of Hubbard, Mrs. Edward Macicek of La Marque, Mrs. Jimmy Hykel of Abbott, Mrs. Alfred Marak of West, Mrs. John Gaidusek of Waco, Mrs. Albert Cepak of Bellmead; one sister, Sister Olivia of San Antonio; 59 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were grandsons: Edward Gerik, Cyril Sulak, Jr., Charles Sulak, Ervin Sulak, Norman Sulak, Robert Cepak, Joe Cepak and Clarence Macicek.
