Lewis Sulak, 58, Dies In Wreck; Rites Held Tues. Lewis Sulak, 58, of Corpus Christi died at 11:55 a.m. Saturday in a truck accident at Corpus Christi. Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Monday in the Kotch Funeral Home Chapel at West. Requiem Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption with Rev. Leonard Leddy as celebrant. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Mr. Sulak was born and reared at West and had lived in Corpus Christi for the past 22 years, where he was a salesman for Mobil Oil Co. He was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church and the KJT Lodge of Corpus Christi. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Erwin Sulak of San Antonio and James Sulak of Corpus Christi; two daughter, Mrs. Magdaline Benys and Mrs. Rita Shallcross, both of Corpus Christi; three brothers, Joe D. Sulak of West, Charlie Sulak of Waco and Eugene Sulak of Rt. 1, West; eight sisters, Mrs. Agnes Cepak, Mrs. Annie Cepak, Mrs. Jim (Otillie) Gerik and Mrs. Johnny (Margaret) Gaidusek, all of Waco, Mrs. Jimmy (Lucille) Hykel of Abbott, Mrs. Alfred (Lillie) Marak of West, Mrs. Edward (Sabina) Macicek of Galveston and Mrs. Leo (Sophie) Vrbas of Hubbard; and four grandchildren. Pallbearers were George Sulak, Dale Sulak, Edward Cepak, Allen Vanek, Daniel Vanek and Jerry Stanislav.
