Annie O. (Sulak) Cepak, 88, of Waco passed away Saturday, August 18, 1990 in a local nursing home. Rosary was at Wilkirson-Hatch Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday. Mass of Christian burial was held at 4 p.m. Monday at St. Louis Catholic Church with Monsignor Mark Deering as celebrant. Burial followed at St. Mary's Cemetery in West. Mrs. Cepak was born March 16, 1902 in West and attended West schools. She married the late C.M. Cepak in 1924; he died September 16, 1967. She moved to Waco in 1944, and was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church. Survivors include three sons, Raymond Cepak of Granger, Kenneth Cepak of Arlington and Robert Cepak of Waco; six sisters, Otillie Gerik and Margaret Gaidusek, both of Waco, Sophie Vrbas of Hubbard, Sabina Macicek of LaMarque and Lucille Hykel and Lillie Marak, both of West; two brothers, Eugene Sulak and Joe Sulak, both of West, 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were her grandsons: Ronald Cepak, Glenn Cepak, Thomas Cepak, Bryan Cepak and Shannon Mills. The West News, West, Texas, Volume 100, No. 34, Edition 1, Thursday, August 23, 1990, page 6.
