A.C. Stanislav, 82, Dies; Rites Held Monday August C. Stanislav of West died at 10:20 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4 of an apparent heart attack near his home. He was 82. Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the Kotch Funeral Hoe at West. Requiem mass was conducted Monday in St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West with Rev. George Doskocil as celebrant. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery at West. Mr. Stanislav was born at West and lived there all his life. He was a retired farmer. He was a member of St. Mary's Church of the Assumption and celebrated his 50th year in the Lodge of Catholic Workmen this year. Surviving are his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Charles Needham of Syracuse, N.Y., Mrs. Louis J. Wernet, Sr., of West and Mrs. Margaret Clark of Dallas; one son, Jerry Stanislav of West; one sister, Mrs. Mary Opella of West; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Harry Urbis, Frank Hutyra, Joe Edd Grimm, and Robert Stanislav all of West, Leonard Stanislav of Sherman and Jodie Stanislav of Waco.
