Mrs. Henry (Antonia) Nors Sr., age 86, of West, died Saturday at a local hospital. Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 12, at Kotch Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 13, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, the Rev. B.J. Zientek as celebrant. Mrs. Nors was born July 17, 1897, in Czechoslovakia and came to the United States at the age of six. She was married to Henry Nors, Sr. in 1916 at West. He died in 1965. Mrs. Nors was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and KJZT Society No. 11. Survivors include five sons, Emil Nors, Joe Nors and Ernest Nors, all of West, Henry Nors Jr. of Ross and William Nors of Northcrest; six daughters, Mrs. Rudolph (Marie) Soukup, Mrs. Anton (Rose) Kolar, Mrs. Ben (Henrietta) Chudej, Mrs. Ted (Marcella) Kaska and Mrs. Daniel (Evelyn) Pratka, all of West, and Mrs. Harrold (Lillian) Kissinger of Northcrest; a sister, Christine Marek of Marlin; 43 grandchildren; and 39 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Larry Nors, Stephen Nors, Bennie Nors, Thomas Nors, Tim Kissinger, Bill Kolar, Jerry Chudej and Bernard Nors. Honorary pallbearers were all grandsons.
