George F. Reisch , 79, of 321 Herndon St., vice president and grandson of the founder of the Reisch Brewing Co., died at 10:35 p.m. Monday at St. John's Hospital following an illness of three weeks. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Louis Giblin, of Kansas City, Mo.; Mr. Frank Zimmerman, Mrs. Theodore Dirksen and Mrs. Robert Brennan, all of Springfield; three sons, George C., Edward L. and Albert C., all of Springfield; 38 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Minnie Franz, Mrs. Eda Aschauer, Mrs. Clara Bernard and Mrs. Christine Meyer, all of Springfield; three brothers, Carl M., Edward L. and Walter S., all of Springfield. Requiem High Mass was at SS. Peter and Paul's Church. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery. Illinois State Journal.
