Bio

Texas Coaster, January 31, 1957: Final rites were held January 11 for Fritz W. Tielke of Needville from the St. Paul's Presbyterian Church in Rosenberg with Rev. E. J. Berger officiating. He passed away January 9 in the Polly Ryon Hospital. Mr. Tielke is survived by his wife, Mrs. Fritz Tielke of Needville; one daughter, Mrs. Berry Kohlman of Ganado; and three sons, Runhardt, Arnold and Charles, all of West Columbia; four brothers, Willie, Albine, Erich and Henry, all of Needville; and three sisters, Mrs. Fritz Oberhoff, Mrs. Martha Wieghat and Mrs. Erich Bremer, all of Needville; and nine grandchildren. Interment was made in the Public Cemetery with pallbearers, Ernest Oberhoff, Raymond Tielke, Elton Tielke, Leonard Schroeder, Walter Bremer and Bernard Tielke.
