The son of Lewis Frank Kindle and Margaret Elizabeth Fisher. He married Winnie Cates, He married Elizabeth C. McCraw. Funeral services for Alvy Arnold Kindle, 66, who died Wednesday afternoon at his home, 202 Berkley Street, will be conducted Saturday at 10 a.m. at Welch Funeral Home Chapel by Bill Lavender, minister of the Greggton Church of Christ. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, Paris, Texas with Masons to be in charge. Kindle was a retired employee of the Gulf Oil Company for which he had worked for 35 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his wife; two sons, Eddie Kindle of Warrenton, Virginia and Hugh L. Kindle of Washington, D.C.; one daughter, Mrs. Edna Brown of Houston; one step-son Robert Williams of White Oak; three step-daughters, Mrs. Lou Lowery and Mrs. Rose Fisher of Longview and Mrs. Ruby Maree of Hone Grove; 15 grandchildren; four brothers, Walter Kindle, Elzy Kindle and Foster Kindle all of Childress, and Delmas Kindle of Pampa; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Hale of Odessa and Mrs. Ella King of Pampa.
