William H. Smith married Sarah Elizabeth Odell on December 19, 1892, in Jack County, Texas. THE JACKSBORO GAZETTE, APRIL 23, 1925 PERRIN--William Smith, 77 years old, died Friday after a short illness. He was a member of the Baptist Church. He left three children, two sons and a daughter, to whom we extend our sympathies. ******************************************************************************* William H. "Bill" Smith was survived by his wife, Sarah Elizabeth "Lizzie" Smith; his two sons, Henry S. Smith and W. D. "Jack" Smith; his daughter, Mary Smith Inman; his six sisters, Sarah Ellen Nicholas, Rebecca Jane Coker, Catherine "Dollie" Ditmore, Frances "Pinkie" Barnett, Nancy E. "Bettie" Canon, and Dorcas E. "Missie" Griffin. ******************************************************************************** William H. "Bill" Smith was preceded in death by his parents, Seaborn Smith and Elizabeth Goodwin Smith, and his three brothers, John P. Smith, Seaborn T. Smith, and J. Monroe Smith.
