Bio

Bert was the 8th of the twelve surviving children of Adolph Domel and Selma Kalmbach. He marries Lorine Malle 12 May 1946 at St Paul Lutheran Church in Serbin, Lee County TX at age 31. Two children. Bert and Lorine lived in town at Giddings. He made a living driving a truck for Pearl Beer. Lorine was a waitress and later she volunteered as a docent at the Wendish Heritage Museum in Serbin, Texas. Bert does in the Sweetbrier Nursing Home in Taylor, Williamson County TX.
