Georgia Marie Hajdik Krejci 87, of Rosenberg, Texas went home to her Lord and Savior on Monday, October 3, 2011. Visitation will be at Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Chapel in Rosenberg on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 beginning at 5:00 P.M. with a Rosary at 7:30 P.M. A celebration of Mass will be held Thursday morning, October 6, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Rosenberg where Georgia has been a lifelong member. Burial will follow at West Gethsemane Cemetery on Hwy 36 in Rosenberg. Georgia was born November 23, 1923 in Needville, Texas to George and Anna Hajdik. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Clarence Krejci Sr.; two brothers, Joe Hajdik and Johnnie Hajdik; seven sisters, Agnes Drabek Kevton, Frances Chovanec, Mary David, Ann Polak, Rosalie Antrich, Tillie Grigar and Cecilia David. Georgia is survived by her beloved sister, Lillian Macha of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her children and their spouses, Dorothy Petrosky and Steve, Norbert Krejci, Clarence Krejci Jr. and Virginia, Barbara Vacek and Eugene, Bill Krejci and Wanda, and Karen Kelly and Stephen; eleven grandchildren, Steve Petrosky III and Diana, Brian Petrosky and Linda, Tracy Drabek and Tim, Marla Lara and Brian, Keith Krejci and Cheryl, Trey Krejci and Janna, Michael Vacek and Mindy, Andrew Vacek, Clarissa Harrison and William, Jared Krejci and Austin Krejci; thirteen great-grandchildren, Tyler Petrosky, Savannah Petrosky, Logan, Lucas, Leighton and Liana Lara, Gunner and Kameron Krejci, Meleah, Madison and Mikey Vacek, Brett and Cassidy Harrison; along many more loving relatives and friends. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Steve, Brian, Keith, Trey, Michael, Andrew, Jared and Austin. Honorary Pallbearers will be her lifelong neighbors, Frank and Michael Prihoda. Georgia was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved her family with all of her heart; always their needs before hers. She had the warmest, sweetest, caring heart and all who knew her, loved her. She was a teacher at heart to many young people and her sparkling blue eyes will be remembered by all. She worked as a bakery manager at 1000 Wilson Street in Rosenberg for approximately 50 years. Customers came in just to see her and chat a while.
