Bio
Attie Schoep, 96, of Rock Valley, IA,died Monday,December 18, 1995 at the Valley Manor in Rock Valley. She was born to Theodore and Trijnlje (De Roos) Feekes near Camel on October 27, 1899. She attended Carmel School through the eighth grade. On March 4, 1919 she married Gerrit H. Schoep in Carmel. They lived and farmed by Carmel. She was a member of The Carmel Reformed Church and Ladies Aid and other women's groups of the church. Survivors include: two daughters; Wilmina Kleene of Sioux Center and Mrs. Raymond (Catherine) Huyser of Rock Valley; one son: John H. and his wife Maria of Pipestone, MN; eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and one greatgreat-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three sisters, six brothers, one son-in-law (Wilbert), and one daughter-in-law (Lucille). Arrangements were made by Memorial Funeral Home, Sioux Center. Rock Valley Bee 1995-12-27.
