Requiem Mass Held Wed. For Mrs. Stacy Kazda Requiem mass for Mrs. Stacy Kazda was held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption. Rev. Earl Hedberg officiated. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Aderhold Chapel by Rev. George Doskocil. Mrs. Kazda died Monday in a Waco hospital. Mrs. Kazda was a native and lifelong resident of West. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption and of SPJST Lodge No. 66 in Waco. She married Louis J. Kazda, Sr. on Nov. 25, 1944. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Clement Karlik of Kermit and Wilford Karlik of Fort Worth; two stepsons, Louis J. Kazda, Jr. of Abbott and Walter Kazda of Valley View, Wash.; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. The West News, West, Texas, Volume 82, No. 24, Edition 1, Friday, September 29, 1972, page 1.
