Mrs. Mary Moucka/Cernoch Dies Sunday; Rites Held Tues. Mrs. Mary Moucka/Cernoch, 69, died at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, April 5, in a Waco hospital. She had been ill for several weeks and entered the hospital last Wednesday. Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Monday at Aderhold-Moore Funeral Home. Funeral services were held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of Assumption. Rev. W. Bockholt and Re. James Quilter officiated. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Mrs. Moucka was the widow of the late Frank Moucka, who was editor of the Vestnik prior to his death in 1951. She is survived by three step-daughters, Mrs. Jerome Kopecky of West, Mrs. Alfred Nemecek of McAllen, and Mrs. C. J. Zaludek of Thrall; two step-sons, Eric Moucka of Ennis and Alfred Moucka of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one half-sister, Mrs. Stacy Kazda of West. Pallbearers were J.F. Holasek, Louis Urbanovsky, and Ed Grimm of West, Raymond Urbanovsky of Temple, Rud Troubil of Taylor, and John Urbanovsky of Waco.
