Bio

H.C. "Jack" Sides was a Veteran of World War I. Jack was the son of William Jess Sides and Celia Caroline Key. Siblings were: William Floyd, Jesse Lemon, Luevada, Maude Lee, Melissa Jane, Mary Ellen, Wilbur Horton, Evie Mae, and Ethel Lena Sides. Jack married Katie Nell Jarrell in 1921 and their children were Billy Jack and William Ralph Sides. Jack sustained lung damage suffered from enemy gas exposure on the front lines in France during World War I.
