Celia was the daughter of James William and Mary Key. Siblings were John Martin, Aseneth, Manerva E., William S. Washington, Nancy E., Hiel Armstrong, Mary Jane, James Thomas and Julia Palestine Key. Celia married William Jess Sides and their children were: William Floyd, Huit Clifton "Jack", Jesse Lemon, Luevada, Maude Lee, Melissa Jane, Mary Ellen, Wilbur Horton, Evie Mae and Ethel Lena Sides. W J and Celia were members of the Baptist Church of Kirkland.
