Bio

From Moberly Paper: Fred Francis Hess, 61, Carnegie, PA, formerly of Moberly, died at 11:10 pm Saturday in Licking Memorial Hospital, Newark, Ohio, where he had been a patient for six weeks. Born March 1, 1919, in Moberly, he was the son of Harvey and Mary Justus Hess. He was a septic tank cleaner. Surviving are two sons, Ronnie, Hazelton, PA; and Donald, Newart, Ohio; three sisters,Minnie Young, Norene Staley, and Edna Gravitt, all of Moberly, two brothers, Thomas and John, both of Moberly; six grandchildren. Burial in Hagar Cemetery.
