Thanks to Cindy Munson #47210136 for correct birthdate, burial location, and the following obit: Claude F. Cady Of Harwood Dies In Galveston Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Friday for Claude F. Cady, 63, of Harwood, who died Wednesday in John Sealy Hospital in Galveston after an illness of two months. The Rev. E. F. Walker of Luling conducted services at the Harwood Baptist church and burial was in the Harwood cemetery. Mr. Cady was born Dec. 31, 1883, in Caldwell county. He was a member of the Baptist denomination. Survivors include his wife; three sons, Clarence Cady of Harwood, Odis Cady of Weimar and Haywood Cady of San Antonio; three daughters, Mrs. Doris Ermis of Weimar, Mrs. Willie Mae Hemole of Austin and Miss Peggy June Cady of Harwood; one brother, J. L. K. Cady of Kingsville; seven sisters, Mrs. Charles Graves, Mrs. Roy Bunton, Mrs. W. E. Denman and Miss Ruth Cady of Gonzales, Mrs. R. P. Smith of Luling, Mrs. Will Spencer of Harwood and Mrs. Will Cleveland of Bandera. The rest is missing. Contributor: Cindy S Munson (47210136)
