The Gadsden Daily Times, 20 May 1932 "Rev. T. H. Wallace Dies Here Today; Rites on Saturday Well-Known Preacher of County Passes Away The Rev. T. H. Wallace, of Brislow's Cove, died at the Holy Name of Jesus Hospital at 1:30 o'clock Friday morning, following an emergency operation as a last resort. Surviving are the widow and the following children: Roy, Mrs. Price Raley, Thomas, Fred, Billy, Margie, Mavis, DeWitt, Edna. Funeral services will be held at the New Bethel Church near Hokes Bluff at 10 o'clock Saturday morning with the Rev. V. L. Wyatt in charge. Mr. Wallace was 47 years old and was well known as a Baptist pastor of the East Gadsden Church. End Tom Wallace was the son of Toliver Watson Wallace (c1848-1896) and Eliza Jane (Rainey) Wallace (1862-1911).
