Bio

Aaron Hurst, husband of Sara McNew, is the son of Rev. Thomas Hurst and Sylvia Breeding. He and his wife raised a family of nine children in the Springdale area of Claiborne County. Aaron died in or near his home in the Lone Mountain area. It is believed that he is buried in the churchyard cemetery at Big Springs Primitive Baptist Church.
