Bio

Thomas Hurst, husband of Sylvia Breeding, is buried in the churchyard cemetery. He is the son of John Hurst, also known as John "Mill Creek" Hurst and Nancy Nunn. Thomas and his wife had 12 children. He was a preacher at the Big Springs Primitive Baptist Church from September 1844 to August 1845.
