Hopkins County Echo Funeral services for Felton Odus Eppars, 83, of Dike will be held at 2pm Wdnesday in the Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel iwth the Rev M.C. Allen and the Rev L.E. Richardson Officiating. Burial will be in the Connor Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 7-9pm. Mr Eppars died at 8:50am Monday in the Hopkins County Memorial Hospital. He was born Dec 19, 1901 in Delta County a son of John and Tenney Avance Eppars. He married Edith Bartley. She preceded him in death Jan 27, 1973. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Dike House of Prayer. Survivors are a duaghter, Wanda Lynn Roberts of Sulphur SPrings; two sons; Carlton Eppars of Cumby and Wayne Eppars of Dike; a brother Allison Eppars of Memphis Texas a sister, Lizzie Sandifeer of Dike; a half-brother; six half-sisters a step sister; 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
