Reba Eppars Bell (Sulphur Springs Daily News - 1994) Funeral services for Reba Eppars Bell, 82, of Commerce were held at 10 am Monday, October 31, in First Baptist Church in Commerce with the Rev Bobby Tollison officiating. Burial was in Rosemound Cemetery with Dnny O'Neal, Bob Moore, Butch Jones, Doyle Box, Larry Haarper andKeith Jones serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Bell died Wednesday, October 26, in a Paris hospital. She was born August 13, 1912, in Dike, the daughter of John E. and Martha Thomason Eppars. She married J.F. Bell on January 9, 1935 in Saltillo. He preceded her in death in 1979. Mrs. Bell was a retired seamstress who had lived in Commece for fifty years. She was a member of First Baptist Church and the Rebekah Sunday School Class. Survivors include two daughters, Gail Williams,who isserving as a missionary in Russia and one daughter in Honey Grove; tghree grandchildren; three great-grandchildren adn two sisters, Sue Chapman of Fort Worth, and Georgia Emmons of Sulphur Springs. Jones-Walker and Son Funeral Home in Commerce is in charge of arrangements.
