Bio

According to 1910 US Census, immigration from Bohemia 1871 Louis Stecher * Departed this life on Thursday, June 30, 1921 at 3 o'clock a.m. at the age of 61 years, 5 months, 9 days. Mr. Stecher was sick but a very few days and his death came as a great shock to the family and many friends. He came to this country when about 10 years of age and has made his home in Dodge county ever since. Mr. Stecher was one of the most prominent farmers in this community and was highly respected by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife and eight children and three brothers. Funeral services were held at the St. Wenceslaus Church at 10 o'clock Saturday morning by the Rev. Petlach, and burial was made in the St. Wenceslaus Cemetery. We join with this community in extending sympathy to the bereaved.
