The Hooper Sentlinel Mar. 26, 1903 Page 5 Death of Frank Stecher, Frank Stecher died Wednesday morning at 4 o'clock at his home on West 8th street from some stomach trouble with which he had been bothered at times for several years past. He had not been feeling well Tuesday and did not retire that night, but sat up in a chair until four o'clock in the morning when he died. No one was with him the time except his wife and his life passed out so quietly that she did not notice that he was dead until a few moments later. Deceased was about seventy-five years of age and was born in Bohemia. He came to this country thirty-five years ago and about ten years later located on a farm on Maple Creek north of North Bend. He leaves a wife and four sons, Frank and Chauncy, of Dodge; Louis, of Pleasant Valley; and Joseph, of Hooper. Two daughters are dead. The funeral services will be held at the house tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock conducted by Rev. Father Delbove of Ridgeley.-North Bend Eagle.hhw
