Munjor -- Mrs. Katie Herl, 78, died Saturday at the St. Anthony Hospital in Hays. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday from the St. Francis Catholic Church in Munjor. Brock's North Hill Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Survivors include seven sons, Lawrence and Elmer, Kansas City, Mo., Bruno and Virgil, Hays, Rich, Victoria, Clifford, Liberal, and James, Chicago, Ill.; four sisters [daughters] Sister Flavia Herl, Waunakee, Wis., Mrs. Eleanor Simms, Kansas, Mo., Mrs. Lorraine Boyle, Russell and Gilda Herl, Munjor; two brothers, Joe Kippes, Johnson, Kan., and William Kippes, Topeka; and three sisters, Barbara Norlin, Lena Worley and Margaret Durant, all of Germany.
