'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' The Banner-Press (David City, Nebr.), August 4, 1966, p. 4, col. 2 & 3 Services Conducted For Mrs. Joseph Anderly, Sr. Funeral services were held Friday morning, July 29, at Assumption Church, Dwight, for Mrs. Joseph Anderly, Sr., 82, who died in Schuyler on July 27 of complications of old age. Father Anthony Trausch assisted by Father Richard Brombach officiated. Burial was at the Assumption Cemetery, Dwight. Pallbearers were Ronald and Steven Albin, Richard and Raymond Anderly, and Donald Anderly, all grandsons, and Gregory Novacek, a great-grandson. Coming from a distance to attend the services were relatives from Weston, David City, Bee, Valparaiso, Omaha, Platte Center, Bruno, Seward, York, Lincoln, Prague and Fremont. Mary V. Stoupa Anderly, daughter of John and Josephine Stoupa was born in Austria on Jan. 8, 1884. She came to this country in 1890 and since 1902 had lived at Dwight. She was a member of the Catholic church and Altar Society. In April 1903, she married Joseph F. Anderly. To this union six children, four sons and two daughters, were born. She was preceded in death by her brother, Frank Stoupa of Brainard, and two infant sons. Survivors include her husband, Joseph; her children, Joseph, Jr., of Bee, John of Dwight, James of Valparaiso, Emil of David City, Marie Albin of Platte Center and Lillian Belsan of Omaha; one brother, John Stoupa of Dwight, and one sister, Emma Braban of Weston; 20 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. ___ p. 14, col. 8 CARD OF THANKS – We wish to express our thanks and deep appreciation to our relatives, friends and all who helped us when our mother, Mary V.
