Bio

Funeral services for Felix Morisak, age 37, of Route 3, Gonzales, Cheapside Community, were held on Friday, February 6, 1959, Rev. E.J. Jansky officiating at 9 a.m. at Buffington Chapel, Yoakum, 9:30 a.m. at St. Ann's Catholic Church and Cemetery. Coronary occlusion was listed as the cause of his death according to a local physician who was called to the farm home after Mr. Morisak suffered the heart attack. A native of this area, Mr. Morisak was born in Gonzales County, on October 19, 1921. He is survived by four brothers, Charles Morisak of Shiner, Willie and Cyrill Morisak of Gonzales, and Victor Morisak of San Antonio; six sisters, Miss Frances Morisak of Gonzales, Sister M. Martha of Victoria, Miss Janie Morisak of Shiner, Mrs. Adolph Valenta of North Zulch, Texas, Mrs. Joe Machacek of Shiner, and Mrs. Eddie Chumchal of Yoakum.
