Joe Nors Sr. Of Hillsboro Dies; Rites Wednesday Joe Nors Sr. of Hillsboro died Monday morning June 5 in a Hillsboro hospital. He had been ill about a week. Funeral services were held a 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Catholic Church at Abbott. Burial was in the Catholic Cemetery in Abbott. Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Marshall and Marshall Chapel at Hillsboro. Mr. Nors was born in West. He had lived in Abbott about five years and had lived in Hill County most of his life. He was a farmer and a member of the Catholic Church. He was married to Miss Agnes Kolar. Survivors are his wife; seven daughters, Mrs. Theadore Kuyawa of Florida, Mrs. Otto Hutyra, Mrs. Irene Mach, Mrs. Ernest Girard, Mrs. Zelma Zmolek and Mrs. Christine Sauer, all of Dallas, and Mrs. Adolph Polansky of West; two sons, Edd Nors of Abbott and Joe Nors, Jr., of Hillsboro; a brother, Henry Nors of West; a sister, Mrs. August Kocian of West; 32 grandchildren.
