Hillsboro Reporter BOB REJCEK Mr. Bob (Joseph) Rejcek of Hillsboro died Wednesday, July 24. He was born February 18, 1925 in West, son of the late Anton and Mary Rejcek, and was a former resident of West and Bynum. A retired farmer, he was a Catholic and member of SPJST Lodge and KJT Society #31. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanora Smetak Rejcek; and several brothers and sisters, including Josephine Sulak, Valentine Rejcek, Raymond Rejcek, Mary Pavelka and Frances Tichavksy. Survivors include: four sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Karen Rejcek of Granbury, Danny and Johnnie Rejcek of McKinney, Dennis and Kathy Rejcek of Waco and Wayne and Daneen Rejcek of Arlington; three daughters and sons-in-law, Tricia and Charles Tate and Elaine and Steven Morgan, all of Arlington and Annette and Patrick McDonough of Blum; wife, Pat Rejcek of Fort Worth and her children, Cynthia Buckner, Lynn Stettler, Shari Price, Judy Davis, Stan Mills and Tim Mills; two brothers, Anton Rejcek of West and Louis Rejcek of Osceola; one sister, Julie Grmela of Abbott; 27 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Friday, July 26, at Kotch Funeral Home Chapel in West. Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 27, at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West with Rev. Ed Karasek as celebrant. Burial was at Fatima Cemetery in Abbott.
