Mrs. Louis (Mary) Pavelka, 80, of West died Sunday morning, January 17, 1988 in West Community Hospital. Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Kotch Funeral Home Chapel, West. Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, West, with Msgr. George Doskocil as celebrant. Burial followed in St. Mary's Cemetery. Mrs. Pavelka was born June 18, 1907, near West. She lived in the West area all her life. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and KJZT Society No. 11. She was married to Louis Pavelka October 28, 1934, at West; he died March 13, 1986. Survivors include a son, Stanley Pavelka of West; a daughter, Mrs. Harry (Henrietta) Littleton of Houston; three brothers, Anton Rejcek of West, Louis Rejcek of Covington and Bob Rejcek of Bynum; three sisters, Josephine Sulak of Hillsboro, Julie Grmela of Abbott and Frances Tichavsky of West; and two grandchildren. Pallbearers were Billy Pavelka, Johnny Pavelka, Laddie Rejcek, Parul Grmela, Anthony Rejcek and Rudolph Pavelka.
