The following obituary was published in the Rosenberg Herald on May 8, 1954: "Henry Kramer" Henry Kramer, 63, of Needville, passed away Monday, April 5, at the Polly Ryon Hospital. Services were held from the Immanuel Evangelical Church in Needville, Wednesday at 2:00 p.m., with Rev. William E. Scholze officiating. Interment was in the Needville Public Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Henry Kramer of Needville, two sons, Lee Roy Kramer, Needville, and Wilbert Kramer, Needville, and three grandchildren; four brothers, Louis Kramer, Needville, Fritz Kramer, Sealy, Willie Kramer, Rosenberg, and Gus Kramer, Needville; one sister, Ms. Bertha Kramer, Needville. * * * Xxxxxx Henry Wilhelm Kramer was baptized January 11, 1891, at Zion Lutheran Church in Zionsville, Washington County, Texas.
