Kathrene Fleming Scaife, 88, of St. Louis, Missouri, formerly of Helena and DeValls Bluff, Arkansas, passed away Monday, August 2, 2010 in Missouri. Ms. Scaife was born November 26, 1921 in Mount Hope, Alabama to the late Joe and Lena Pierce Fleming. She is survived by a son, Marlon Burney (Renee) of St. Louis; three step-sons, Billy Gene Scaife (Bobbie) of Del Rio Hondo, Texas, Thomas Scaife (Beverly) of Apple Valley, California, and Rudy Scaife (Doris) of Orange Grove, California; one brother, Orman Fleming of Phil Campbell, Alabama; and a half-brother, Hershel Fleming of Russellville, Alabama. Services for Kathrene Fleming Scaife will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 7, 2010 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Helena, Arkansas. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, August 6, 2010 at Roller-Citizens. Brother Lynn Lumpkin will officiate. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena. Services will be directed by Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, West Helena (870) 572-2571.
