He was a native of Franklin County, a retired farmer, a member of the Baptist Church. Funeral service will be held at Cave Springs Church Sunday at 2 p.m. with Grady Parker officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Spry of Russellville directing. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Ella Fleming; five sons, Wiley and Rayburn, both of Russellville, Franklin of Hoolka, Miss., Orman of Winter Garden, Fla., Herschel of Russellville; five daughters, Mrs. Doris Vandiver, Lakeworth, Fla., Mrs. J.N. Pace and Mrs. C.J. Potter, both of Phil Campbell, Mrs. Linden McLeroy, Town Creek, Mrs. Elbert Burney, Helena, Ark.; a sister, Mrs. Josie Hand, Littleville; a brother, Wes Fleming, Russellville; 49 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren.
