John Urbanovsky Funeral Services Held Tuesday Former West resident John Urbanovsky of Austin died at 9 a.m. Sunday in a Austin hospital. He was 83. He had been in the hospital three weeks. Mass was said at 9 a.m. Tuesday in St. Mary's Church of the Assumption at West. Msgr. I.J. Valenta officiated and burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Monday in Aderhold-Moore Chapel at West. Mr. Urbanovsky was born near Brenham. He lived at West for many years before moving to the SPJST Rest Home in Taylor about a year ago. He was a retired farmer, a member of the Catholic Church and the KJT Lodge. Survivors are five sons, Ed F. Urbanovsky of Abbott, Raymond Urbanovsky of Temple and Louis Urbanovsky, Joe Urbanovsky and Henry Urbanovsky, all of West; three daughters, Mrs. Hattie Lednicky and Mrs. Agnes Pustejovsky, both of West and Mrs. Frank Makovy of Tahoka; 22 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Pete Sykora, Joe D. Pustejovsky, O.J. Urbanovsky, Ernest Urbanovsky, Albin Chudej and Raymond Krenek.
