Joe W. Urban of West, Dies Joe W. Urban, 59, of West, died Sunday morning, July 9th at his home. Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Monday at Kotch Funeral Home in West. Mass of Christian burial was held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in West, the Rev. George Doskocil celebrant. Burial followed at St. Mary's Cemetery. Mr. Urban was born in West and lived there all of his life. He was a farmer and a member of St. Mary's Church. He is survived by three brothers, Frank Urban and Robert Urban, both of Waco, John Urban of West; five sisters, Mrs. Victoria Soukup of Rosenthal, Mrs. Marie Alexander of Abbott, Josephine Urban, Frances Urban, Filomena Urban, all of West. Pallbearers were: Jim Urban, Joseph Urban, Jim Henshaw, Raymond Urban, Johnnie Alexander, and Jimmie Soukup. Honorary pallbearers were: Dr. J.R. Shipp, Marvin Farek, and Eddie Soukup.
