Bio
Victoria Soukup, age 89, of Route 2, Lorena, passed away late Friday afternoon, February 16, 1990 at Crestview Manor Nursing Home in Waco. A rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Sunday at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Ed Karasek. Funeral Services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ed Karasek officiating. Burial followed in St. Mary's Cemetery near West. Mrs. Soukup was born September 28, 1900 near West, the daughter of John and Mary Urban. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Waco. Survivors include four sons, Henry Soukup of Route 2, Lorena, Eddie Soukup of Corpus Christi, Jimmie Soukup of Houston, and Robert Soukup of Route 2, Lorena; two brothers, John R. Urban of West, and Robert S. Urban of Waco; four sisters, Marie Alexander of Abbott, Josephine Urban, Frances Urban, and Filomena Urban, all of Route 1, West; five grandchildren; one great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Robert F. Soukup, James Soukup, Benny Soukup, John Ale3xander, William Salter, Robert L. Bailey, and Henry W.
