Requiem Mass To Be Sat. For Joe G. Sulak Joe G. Sulak, 83, died at 5:45 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 5, 1970 in a Waco hospital. Mr. Sulak, since his illness has been making his home at 3718 Ethel, Waco, but he was born near Tours and had lived in the Tours-West area all his life. Rosary will be recited at Kotch Funeral Home Chapel at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6, 1970, and requiem mass will be recited at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption, with Rev. James O'Connor celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, West. Mr. Sulak was a retired farmer, a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption. For many years he was a musician playing with the Gerik Band in West. He is survived by his wife, Annie, 4 daughters, Mrs. Allan (Pauline) Buckner of Waco, Mrs. Kenneth (Mary Ann) Yates of Belton, Mo., Mrs. Raymond (Magdalen) Hajek of Corpus Christi, and Mrs. Fred (Irene) Veselka of Chilton; two sisters, Mrs. Annie Hutyra of West and Mrs. Henry (Sophie) Jurek of Waco; three brothers, Philip Sulak of Elm Mott, Albert Sulak of Hillsboro, and John Sulak of West; and 6 grandchildren.
