Bio
Mrs. Louis Stepan passed away at 4:30 a.m. Monday, April 19, following an extended illness. Funeral services were held at Aderhold Funeral Chapel at 8:30 and at the Catholic Church at 9 a.m. Thursday, Rev. E. J. Polcak officiating. Rosary was held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. Burial was in the Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers were six nephews, Walter Kramolis, Albin Marak, Adolph Divin, Tim Karlik, Frank Divin, Jr., and Wilford Karlik. Mrs. Stepan celebrated her 64th birthday on April 15. Surviving is her husband, Louis; three sons, John Lee, Joe, and George, all of Austin; three daughters, Mrs. Eddie Vrba of Temple, Mrs. Olga Vrba of Tours, and Mrs. Rosalie Kovinski of Pennsylvania; eight grandchildren.
