Bio

Miss Lillian Sinkule, 65, of West, died April 16 in West Community Hospital. Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. April 17 in the Kotch Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services were at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Church of the Assumption in West. Monsignor George Doskocil officiated with burial following in St. Mary's Cemetery. Miss Sinkule was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West. Survivors included two sisters, Miss Rose Sinkule of Waco and Mrs. Joe (Stacie) Soukup of West; four brothers, Jim Sinkule of West, Joe Sinkule and Johnnie Sinkule, both of Hillsboro, and Jerry Sinkule of Route 1, West. Pallbearers were Ed Soukup, David Sinkule, Joe Sinkule, Jr., Laddie Nors, Tommy Sinkule and Jerry Sinkule, Jr. The West News, West, Texas, Volume 91, No. 17, Edition 1, Thursday, April 30, 1981, page 5.
