Funeral Rites Held Thurs. For Frank Petter Frank J. Petter died at his home near Abbott at 9 a.m. Tuesday. He was 83. Funeral services were held at 9 a.m. Thursday at the Church of Assumption in West, Rev. James Quilter officiated. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery in West. Mr. Petter is survived by his wife, of Rt. 2, Abbott; two sons, William R. Petter of Hubbard and Edward Petter of Abbott; two daughters, Mrs. Henry Lednicky of West and Mrs. Mary Kallus of Abbott; a brother, Martin Petter of Elk; 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
