Mrs. Geo. Jezek Dies In Houston Mrs. George (Louise) Jezek, 58, of 612 South Reagan in West died Wednesday afternoon in a Houston hospital. Requiem mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption, with Rev. George Doskocil as celebrant. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary was recited at 8:30 p.m. Friday at Kotch Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Jezek was born in West and lived in the area all her life. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption, Catholic Daughters of America Court 829, and KJZT Society No. 31. She was employed at Lichnovsky Grocery. Survivors include her husband; two sons, George Jezek, Jr. of Waco and Anthony Jezek of Houston; a daughter, Mrs. Ron (Paulette) Kudelka of Ross; two brothers, Johnny Marak of Arlington and Eddie Marak of Irving; three sisters, Mrs. Irene Jezek of West, Mrs. Wilma Olson of Houston and Mrs. Mary Lee Simcik of Waco; and four grandchildren. Pallbearers were Chuck Simcik, Jim Park, Mark Marak, Charlie Ondrej, Albin Chudej, and Freddie Gerik.
