Rose Janak Of West Dies Rose Janak, 87, of 704 S. Marable passed away at 11:49 p.m. Tuesday at West Community Hospital. Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Wednesday October 6 at Kotch Funeral Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be Thursday, October 7, at 10 a.m. Rev. Bill Benish and Rev. Geo. Doskocil as celebrants. Miss Janak was born in Fayetteville and lived in West since 1900. She was a retired postal employee, member of St. Mary's Church of the Assumption, Altar Rosary Society and C.D.A. Court #829. Survivors are a brother, Charles G. Janak of Smithville, and two sisters, Mrs. Sophie Janek and Mrs. Frances Kabella of Granger; several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Harry Bezdek, Ernest Bezdek, Albin Chudej, Raymond J.
