Funeral Services For Louis Kohut Held November 2 Funeral services for Louis Kohut, 77, of West, were held at 10 a.m. Saturday morning at the Church of the Assumption with Rev. James Quilter officiating. Interment followe3d in St. Mary's Cemetery in West. Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Friday night in Kotch Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Kohut, a retired farmer, died at his home at 300 S. Marable St. in West, Friday, November 1, at 3:15 a.m. He was born in Fayetteville, Texas, and came to West at the age of six. He was a member of the Catholic Church and KJT Lodge. Survivors include his wife, Mary Kohut, two daughters, Mrs. Louis Matus of Hillsboro and Miss Georgia Kohut of West; one grandchild, Raymond J. Matus of West, three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Antone Kohut and Rudolph Kohut, both of Seymour, and one sister, Mrs. Mary Marak of Seymour. Pallbearers were: Willie Kubala and Charlie Matus of Hillsboro, Freddie Hlavenka of West, Raymond Rejcek and Jody Rejcek of Dallas, and Eugene Marak of Elm Mott.
