Bio

Mary L. Uptmore, 91, of 2308 Cleveland , died at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday in a local hospital. Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Connally-Compton Downtown Chapel. Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Msgr. Ed Rabroker officiating, burial in Tours Cemetery. Survivors: six daughters, Mrs. Florence Bowie and Mrs. Josephine Curry, both of Dallas, Mrs. Catherine Recek of Ft. Worth, Mrs. Wilhelmina Black, 2302 Dutton, Mrs. Ernestine Kaluza, 914 N. 11th, Mrs. Ruby Vrba, 3829 Speight; three sons, Alvin Uptmore of Ft. Worth, Johnnie Uptmore of West, Virgil Uptmore, 3500 Shelby; two sisters, Mrs. Annie Wiemar of Munster, Texas, Mrs. Rosie Schroeder of Windthorst, Texas; 40 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. Pallbearers: Johnny Ray Uptmore, Michael Uptmore, Jeffery Verba, Donald Scott, Johnny Lee Recek, Bobby Adams. Family will be at 2202 Dutton.
