Obituary published in Beaumont Enterprise, July 15, 2008 Funeral services for Hazel Bertram Fontenot, 80, of Buna will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment to follow at Antioch Cemetery in Buna. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Tuesady at the funeral home. Mrs. Fontenot died July 14, 2008 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Slaton, Texas she was a longtime Buna resident. Mrs. Fontenot was a retired custodian with Buna ISD. Survivors include husband Clinton Fontenot of Buna, son Richard Quinn of Buna, daughter Kathy Quinn Merwin and husband Brian of Buna; twin brother Billy Bertram of Kingsland, grandchildren Bridget Quinn Matlock of Spring; Christopher and Kyle Melancon of Buna. Mrs. Fontenot was preceded in death by son Kenneth Quinn and daughter Diane Quinn Anderson and brother Raymond Bertram.
