Bio

Former Henderson County Tax Assessor-Collector for 12 years, was a 32nd Degree Mason, owned and operated the Baxter Store for the last two years. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. LaVerna Richardson; one son, Dennis; two daughters, Jeannie and Joni Richardson; five brothers, Clarence, Jimmy Glen, Larry, Ronnie, and Truitt; six sisters, Mrs. Fayrene Miller, Mrs. Betty Neely, Mrs. Frances McGee, Mrs. Bonnie Smith, Miss Deanne Richardson and Mrs. Sheila Clark; and several nieces and nephews. NOTE: The middle name was provided by Audrey McNair (04/17/2025).
